What is collected
Only what you enter in the contact form: full name, telephone, email and your message. If your message mentions information about your health, this is special category data and is processed only with your explicit consent. The form does not accept attachments. Please do not send medical results through the form.
Purpose and legal basis
Your details are used solely to reply to your request and to arrange appointments. The legal basis is your consent (Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation), which you may withdraw at any time. Your details are not used for marketing and are not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
How your message travels
Your message is sent by email to the practice and is not stored on the website. Sending and website security rely on providers acting as data processors: an email delivery service (Mailgun) and a network protection and anti-automation service (Cloudflare). The website fonts, and the map on the contact page, are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address. The server records technical access data (IP address, date and time) for security reasons.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. If medical care follows, your details are kept in the medical record for the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, contact the practice by telephone or by post at the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
