Training and career
Continuous hospital posts since 2005, in Greece and the United Kingdom.
Over this period he has taken part in more than 1500 operations, and has performed as first surgeon over 850 obstetric procedures and mainly 1475 minor and intermediate and 1270 major and complex major operations in gynaecology and gynaecological oncology.
In the UK NHS
Specialty and subspecialty training were completed entirely within the National Health Service of the United Kingdom, up to Consultant grade.
In the Greek National Health System
Since 2019 he has been working as a Gynaecological Oncology Surgeon at the General Oncology Hospital of Athens “Saint Savvas”.
